The Mirage Rainfall Poncho is 100% water- and windproof. You will notice the heavy quality when you unwrap it. The seams are also taped. The Mirage Rainfall poncho is equipped with handles to prevent it from blowing up while cycling. The flap on the hood also catches some extra rain. The zip of the Mirage Rainfall poncho is waterproof and the cord of the hood can be pulled tight so the hood will not blow off. The back of this poncho will not blow up if it is secured with the straps around the waist.

The Mirage rainwear is well thought-out and cared for down to the last detail. All the details mentioned above contribute to a dry arrival in spite of the rough weather we regularly have to deal with. Foldable as a small layer at the bottom of the pannier, it doesn't get in the way of anyone and is a benediction when there's a sudden shower.

"But it's usually dry when I ride my bike!" That´s right! Research shows that it only rains sporadically during commuting times. On "hetregentbijnanooit.nl", a Dutch writer noted down the wet and dry trips for 11 years. The trips were quite long, 45 minutes! (So at shorter trips the result would be even better)

You want to get those 9.7% dry as well, we think. So most of the time, it stays at the bottom of the bag and Mirage provides a dry ride in those 9.7% of the cases.
