Sustainability is an important issue in today's world. We have therefore optimised our production and products with the following points in mind.  More sustainable, durable products at a high quality level. Use of regional raw materials (Switzerland and Europe) to ensure short delivery times.

Customised production - especially new for aluminium fenders. Reduction in plastic packaging / switch to recyclable packaging

New compression spring for all our kickstand:

We have replaced the compression spring for all our kickstands with a new spring steel and also optimised the lifting and shear stress. This results in a kickstand with a much more stable spring and a longer functionality.

Corrosion protection

All our kickstands and luggage carrier are now provided with corrosion protection, as used in the automotive industry. This means that we can largely exclude the ingress of salt water, blistering and edge corrosion. 

New coating powder

Coating powder with improved adhesion. REACH Regulation. EC No. 1907/2006 is fulfilled.. Colour shade and matt level remain unchanged compared to the previous coating powder.

Packaging

We avoid plastic packaging as far as possible. For OEM packaging we use recyclable / reusable PE foam to protect the products from damage during transport.

Fender configurator

We have developed a mudguard configurator especially for retailers and end customers. (Link on our homepage) This enables to configure customised fenders and accessories without a minimum order quantity.
