Velo grips with vice grip. As a result, the handles can be firmly secured to the handlebars and, if necessary, can easily be adjusted or replaced afterwards. The short-long version makes the handles suitable for bicycles with a handlebar shifter for the gear. The Velo handles have a comfortable grip due to their ergonomic shape and because they are gel-filled. The gel filling also absorbs vibrations and shocks. The Velo handles are made of Kraton. Kraton is a type of synthetic rubber which has many of the same properties as natural rubber, such as flexibility. These handles, which are made of Kraton, are also resistant to various weather influences.
This set consists of grips in 95mm and 135mm and is used in combination with a shifter on the handlebar.Mounting Vise Grip:
•Carefully remove the old grips and clean the handlebars with a cleaning agent (not abrasive!). To properly assemble the new Velo Vise Grips, no old handle remnants should remain.
•Slide the new Vise Grips onto the end of the handlebar and determine the correct position.
•Tighten the Allen screw normally (clockwise) using a 2.5mm Allen key.
•Repeat the actions mentioned under 2 and 3 for the other side of the handlebar.
