A CHOICE THAT SITS!
For a comfortable ride with the bicycle, a well-fitting saddle is a must. Everyone is different (broad, slim, large or small), but the way of cycling can also be different: relaxed (upright), sporty (slightly bent) or in a racing position (bent). All these factors determine the choice of a saddle. To help you make the right choice in an easy way, the following symbols have been placed on the front of the card.
- Sport – slightly curved seating position. For this seating position, a balance has been found between comfort (wide and soft) and race (narrow and hard).
- Women - the distance between the sitting bones in women is greater than in men. Women's saddles are therefore always slightly wider and shorter.
- Men - the distance between the ischial bones of men is smaller than that of women. Men's saddles are slimmer and longer than women's saddles.
- Density D2 – double density. The combination of hard and soft materials creates a sturdy saddle that can absorb unevenness in the road very well.
- Density HD – high density. Foam seat cover for a comfortable seating position.
- O-zone – this represents the pubic bone area. Softer or no material in this zone has a pressure-reducing effect. So you can choose between a saddle with an open O-zone or a closed O-zone. This saddle is with a closed O-zone.
