This IceToolz rim hub aligner is also called a wheel arch. This hub aligner is suitable for wheels between 16” and 32”. The hub aligner is an affordable solution for craftsmen and do-it-yourselfers. IceToolz article number of this hub aligner is E312.

IceToolz wheel straightener, hub aligner for precise work

Loosen the hub aligner adjustment knob to allow the center slide to move. Then place the hub aligner on the wheel and tighten the slider. Then flip the wheel and install the hub aligner. If the hub aligner fits just as nicely on the wheel, then it's good. If the hub aligner comes off the rim on one or both sides, or the hub aligner slide does not touch the hub, the hub is out of alignment.
