The Alpina nipples are an example of the unparalleled and reliable quality of Alpina. ABS stands for Alpina Block System. This patented system ensures that the nipples, if mounted properly, see photo, secure the set tension. This for a more consistent quality of the wheel. The patented system also absorbs micro-vibrations, which in turn contributes to a longer lifespan of the wheel. The brass and nickel-plated nipples, with FG 2.3 thread, are supplied per 37 pieces. The hexagonal head has a 5.5mm connection.
