What is 5Zone?

5Zone is a unique saddle technology system designed by Selle Bassano. (1) Firstly, in terms of padding, it has been investigated what the optimal filling is for supporting the sit bones so that the pressure is spread as much as possible. (2) Next, attention was paid to the point where the hamstrings touch the saddle. (3) The point of the saddle requires a different padding for the more upright sitting position than for the more sporty position.
For these three points mentioned above, the filling of the saddle differs per type of saddle. Furthermore, the low cutout at the back is relieving for the tailbone and the O-zone provides ventilation for the perineal part.
