Ideal if you are looking for a caliper for a modern (recessed) fit, but with an extra deep drop. The Tektro R539 Long Drop Caliper is equipped with a quick-release mechanism. This Tektro dual pivot caliper has a deep drop (reach 47mm to 57mm ).
Please note, these brakes are for a 'nutted' style of mounting. So a bolt that goes through the frame or front fork and is therefore often necessary for classic racing frames.
